G|B|B|S partner Eric Newmark represented an individual accused of felony drug possession in Hudson, Wisconsin. Newmark argued, following a contested hearing on probable cause, that the State had insufficient evidence to proceed. The Court disagreed and ordered that the client stand trial. Prior to trial, the State dismissed all charges, telling the Judge it had insufficient evidence to win at trial.
